I have not had any WiFi access since purchasing sky

Since purchasing Sky I have not had any WiFi access at all. I have followed the instructions for troubleshooting several times and it has never resolved the issue. 

I have been paying for a product I have never used.

@LW53 Have you tried contacting sky, they do offer an installation service if you are not able to do it yourself, they will also advise what it will cost! There is no detail's in your post for anyone to help as you do not say apart from following the guide!

@LW53  You posted in the Broadband section so presumably it concerns this?  Whaen did you place the order?   What was the activation date provided?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
