Returning sky hub.
Hi
Sky have sent me a pathetic little cardboard envelope thingy to return their hub and plug, I still have a very solid new box the hub and plug arrived it, what would you like me to do, put the very delicate equipment in a feeble cardboard envelope or the solid box it came in? also what shall I do with the openreach plug?

As long as the hub is returned it doesn't matter what packaging that you use. Just make sure when sending it off that you get and keep proof of posting.

An Openreach ONT and its power supply should always stay at the installed address.
Recent models have a printed advisory, because they do tend to stray when people move house.
