Hi, I returned the equipments on 1st Sep 2023, but I still received the chaser message (17th Sep 2023) for returning the equipment. I have checked with the Royal Mail, and they advised the parcel was received at your side long ago. Can you advise what I should do to fix this issue? Thanks.

Thanks for your reply. I have checked the Royal Mail delivery was successful. I have also called customer services and advised the courier details. However, I still received an email last Friday advising that they need to charge for unreturning the equipment. It seems that Sky will charge you for cancellation anyway, even though I have followed all the return procedures.
