Returning equipment

I recently left sky and would like to return my router and cables for them to recycle. They have not requested I do so. Does anyone know how I do the is?

@Vera18  How long ago did you leave Sky? They normally send out packing material around 30 days after you have left Sky.

I left today! I wasn't sure if I had to ask for the packaging? As they haven't said anything

@Vera18  You will normally get a texted to tell you that packing is on its way to you. When you do send it back keep that proof of posting in a safe place and even take pictures of you packing it and also of the proof of posting and watch it as you can track it and take a picture of that also keep them in a safe place in case Sky come back and say you have not sent the equipment back.

You can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
