Returning equipment

I've moved , got sent a new router and returned the one already there. However I still have the router from my old address and the q box too. How do I send them back? Do I have to ? Are they any use now I've got sky glass?

@David4684

If you're asked to return the Sky Hub, you can print off the labels for the returns by clicking here

You can use any suitable packaging you may have lying around.

If the Q box is the Sky Q TV box, that will need to be returned, in all cases.

Re: Returning equipment

I don't have printer; was hoping there was a way to message sky returns for a label . Been waiting 20 minutes or more on 0330 number before cut off.

@David4684When you take it to the post office you can ask them to print you a label. This is shown as one of the instructions when sending back equipment.

If someone has helped give them Like.

Make sure you get and keep proof of posting as this is quite important should Sky tell you that you haven't returned it.

Re: Returning equipment

Hello,

I am needing to send my broken sky broadband hub back but the return label was ripped through the address. What is the address it needs to be sent back to?
