Why were you sent a new hub?
Why don't you need it any more?

Re: Returning an extra hub
Without knowing which hub you have and which Sky hub you've recently been sent, I would suggest contacting Sky and discussing this and arranging packaging to return the one that's going back.
Note: Sky may not ask for older hubs back such as the Sky Q hub.
You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

Definitely worth sharing which hub you already had and which model was sent out as new, because some of the older hubs may still work, but a newer version may have more up to date features such as faster WiFi or enhanced security.
Obviously if they are identical, just contact Sky to return it as already suggested.
