Re: Return of old modems
You are not emailing Sky by posting on here as we are customers who help each other.
If you were sent a new hub and If you haven't been asked for it then it is up to you if you return it or not, you can print your own return label here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband
Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Return of old modems
you've posted in the forum for Sky's Yahoo Mail service. You're not emailing Sky here.
Sky don't require the return of all equipment, particularly where it's outdated. If they haven't requested its return you don't need to return but if you wish you can do so for recycling.

Re: Return of old modems
Q Hubs (and anything before them) are obsolete and Sky doesn't want them back.
