Return of items

I paid my bill i had a phone call and said i could pay 99 pounds my ski is now back on but why am i recieving emails to return my broadband router or i will be charged why do i need to return it WHEN I PAID MY BILLL !!

Not sure paying your bill hasn't anything to do with this, so do tell us more about your broadband, is it working and have you made any changes recently that saw you using a new broadband hub ?
