Return equipment wrongly sent

Hi I've cancelled my sky and they sent me the return package but my wife sent router etc and sky q box by mistake any ideas in case sky say I've not sent the sky q box which is due to go back next week

Your post is a little confusing so are you saying you have already sent the router back but not yet sent the Sky Q box, if so that should be fine just as long as you still have the proof of posting from when you sent the router back and when yous end the Q box make make sure you also keep this receipt as well.

Evening sorry for confusion.basically we should have just sent broadband equipment back but my wife sent skyq box back in the same package this should have gone in another package which is arriving here next week
