Return Package Required

Hi, My broadband contract ended on 6 February and I received a single return package yesterday. However I have two devices but can't see where to order a second. I have spent too long chatting with the bot, can someone send me in the right direction? Gar

What two items? You should only have one router to return.

 

You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

If you haven’t anything suitable contact Sky again and ask if they’ll re-send. Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

The broadband booster is the additional item

@Daniel0210 In addition to the hub I had the hub booster. I need a return package for that but can't see where to request another. I'm not planning to pay for a service Sky should provide.

You need to persevere on the phone, don't accept a text being sent, don't say anything else and eventually you'll be placed in the queue.
