Restricted

Hi my account is restricted but I have paid my broadband bill , it's not letting me unrestrict it and I have no access to wifi unless I go 30 minutes away to my mums house which I've had to to twice now

If you had been restricted as the bill hadn't been paid and you have now done this then you will also need to setup your monthly payment method again. Once you have done this you are waiting for the banks to clear the payment you made.
