Since returning from a brief Norwegian Fjords cruise on 9th September 2023 I have been unable to access my national lottery account on my iMac - receiving the error massage that my location is outside the UK. Discussions with support teams at National Lottery and my ISP provider Fastly concluded that the problem is probably that my Sky router is using a fixed IP address rather than a dynamic IP address. My attempts to remedy this by switching off my router and resetting it have consistently failed,
Please advise how to restore dynamic IP addressing to my router. (My iPad appears to have no problem accessing my national lottery account.)

Sky hasn't offered fixed IPv4 on domestic broadband services for years: it might just about be still around on some very legacy products
