Rescheduling engineer issue
I've been booked an engineer for the latest broadband installation but I need to reschedule it. The rescheduling link doesn't work and tells me I need to contact Sky to do this. I can't get through on the chat as the virtual assistant keeps giving me the link that doesn't work.
