Fast fibre 100

I received a text last week to upgrade to fast fibre 100 can anyone explain what they do on this upgrade as an engineer Is coming tomorrow to do as I had sky q maybe 12 mths and I'm sure the wire fed in the house was changed ?

@ket83 the engineer will run a new fibre cable to replacecthe copper phone cable. Full fibre means better stability and potentially higher speeds as there is no appreciable speed loss between the excahne and your home. The Sky Q work is almost certainly different.

That may have been a swap from a single to a double satellite dish feed cable: this is nothing to do with broadband.
