I have not yet received my hub and would therefore like to reschedule my broadband activation date, it will be arriving tomorrow.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Lucia29 normally it is impossible to change activation dates at shost notice as these dates are set by Openreach not Sky themsslves. The activation does not need the hub to be connected.
