I made it clear when I signed up for broadband prepackaged that I had not yet moved to the property that I was buying broadband for. I received a message today stating the engineer will arrive tomorrow, however I am still not living at the property nor do I have access.
There is no option to reschedule the engineer. I need the engineer to be rescheduled immediately. The help bots are not helpful.

Find out more@Ricky-C If the option to reschedule isn't available in your account(i believe its in the track orders section) you will have to call Sky, given that the appointment is meant to be tomorrow you may well be charged for the visit due to cancelling or rescheduling at such short notice.
