Reschedule nightmare

I have recently changed to have this openreach put in to my house for broadband. I got a text saying the engineer is coming on the 17th, however I cannot make the date. I have tried and tried to reschedule it and it keeps giving me the same loop over and over again where I can't contact anybody. It just asks me to search for a problem in the help. All I want to do is reschedule my date for installation and there is nothing on my account to suggest I have an order which I clearly do and there is nothing here that I can do. This is absolutely dreadful customer service like the worst I think I've ever experienced. I just simply want to change the date of my installation and I cannot find a single thing to do it. Does anybody have a direct number to call a human? Thank you

yes i have called it twice and it just asks me to answer questions and I do and then it says we will contact you via text then they send me the same old sky link and it brings me here yet again,???

@Robweb  If you cannot change it here you do have to go fight the phone bot and it looks like it is winning,...
