Reschedule installment date
Hi everyone, does anyone know how I can access getting an earlier date for my installation as the person who set me up with my new broadband explained that I can get an earlier date if a cancellation comes up. The earliest date I've been given is the 10th Feb but that is too long for me and my children to wait! I've had 3 dates put in for early request but I've been told cancellations are the best option.

Re: Reschedule installment date
@Laura2856 The dates sky give are only provisional with openreach the network provider responsible for setting the final date which sky has no control over
you have been given the first available date for your area so unless a cancellation does come up you are unlikely going to get it any earlier I'm afraid
