I have an engineer visit booked for 10th Feb to fix my wifi. Nothing is workinng and they cannot fix it straight away! I have to be without internet for days.
I cannot reschedule engineer visit from my account online. It says to call customer services. I called and was on the phone for 57 minutes. The person I spoke to said an appointment has already been booked for 6th Feb whereas earlier they said there is no appointments till 7th Feb?!
But I didn't receive a confirmation email saying appointment time has changed and neither has it been updated in my account under My orders. I don;t think the second guy even did anything or was even listening so I am not sure if the appoinment has been rescheduled or not!
Why is sky customer service so poor and really frustrating!
