Reschedule engineer visit

I living in aparment. My engineer was unable to install my phone line becouse he needed acces to locked doors on the ground floor. I dont cannot open them becouse i dont have acces as well. Only monday someone comming from property managment and they can open it. I would like reschedule my engineer visit on monday morning becouse only then can open it

You won't be able to rearrange via the forum. Easiest way is to call Sky where you can explain the access issue but next Monday may be too short notice I think.
