Require an engineer

Dear Sky

2nd message

i have received a new hub before the December update.

i have no idea how to set this up. My husband took a large stroke and is in a care home, and I am on my own.

 

would you be king enough to send an engineer to set this up for me? I have 2 x boxes and a booster.

@Highlandcow That is a call to sky to see what they can do and if possible arrange Engineer visit, it is unfortunate just not as easy as swapping out one for the other, so do advise leave the one you have working until you can get some assistance to do the change over!

@Highlandcow Hope it all goes to plan for you, just not easy if you have never done it before, but if you need link below is all about setting up a hub, just need to treat it as this is what needs to be done.🤞There is a walk through guide and a video to watch, but check it out and see if you are indeed comfortable with it, time is on your side, and DO NOT worry about the December timeline, there will be many many people that get missed for sure!
