Request for a Longer Ethernet Cable

I’m a new Sky customer(942710) and we’ve recently had broadband installed at our home. During the installation, the engineer mentioned that the provided Ethernet cable is quite short and may not be sufficient for our setup.

Could you kindly arrange to send a longer Ethernet cable?

@PavithraV The ethernet cable that you get is a standard length, if you need a longer one then you need to go out and pruchase this yourself. The cost is not a lot and can be picked up from any electronics store.
