Request a callback

Anyone know how to request a callback from the Sky employee handling your case? I missed their call on Sunday and I don't believe they've tried since. However I may have been somewhere without phone signal

@thedukeofraoul the best way is simply to call back if your issue has been assigned to an individual or team if you call from the phone registered to your account you should be connected to them however at busy times thst may not be possible.
