@stanly74 You are going to have to call sky customer service to request that from them, dial 150 from your landline if working. They are open 8am to 8pm!

@stanly74 Sky will replaceca faulty router with the same madel assuming it is still current. Routers do fail but it relatively rare however  line faults and issues with WiFi coverage caused by the layout of the property are far more common.
