Replace Sky Router

I need a replacement router as it has been dropping connection 10+ times in the last fortnight. We have had it for quite a while... maybe even 10+ years?

If you've had it that long it's probably no longer receiving security updates in which case you should have had an email in the last 18 months to replace it free of charge. My Sky Q hub was replaced in February 2025. 


You will need to contact Sky when the lines reopen and discuss your options.
