My connection to Sky broadband has been dropping out intermittently over the past week. It tends to only happen for a minute or so at a time, but will do so repeatedly, especially when it is raining.
The problem occurs across multiple devices, wired and wifi. I have tried resetting the router and following the basic troubleshooting, but nothing seems to help. Status checker says that there are no reported issues in my area.
Please advise on how to resolve this. I can't seem to find any way to contact your team online.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
If you have ran this test and it found nothing come back to us.
Could you please post your router stats following the link below.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@RB-UKHave you had any further disconnections. Looking at those router stats are not showing any. If possible can you not re-start the router, but after a drop-out can you post your router stats again please.
