Repeated and constant disruption

Every night for about a week at 2am.. Internet shuts down, wifi turns off. After 10mins everything comes back on. I've been with Sky for 3yrs I think.. its never done this, (this consistently) before now.. why?

@Anubis if you have a partial fibre connection the equipment controlling the connection will intervene around 2am to stabilise the service. When the count of errors exceeds a programmed level. This is quite normal as line conditions can change and is not considered a fault unless the system has to lower speeds below the guaranteed minimum.
