Hi Sky Community,
I’m reaching out to see if anyone else is experiencing similar problems and to get some advice or help from the support team.
For the past few weeks, our broadband connection in the BN1 area has become increasingly unreliable. What started as occasional outages (about once a week) has now escalated to multiple dropouts every day. Today, the internet is down more often than it’s up, which is making it extremely difficult to work from home.
I’ve checked the Sky Service Status page, and it shows there’s a problem with the broadband speed to our hub. I assume Sky can see these issues on their end as well.
We have a long-term contract and have generally been OK with the service until now, but this level of instability is unacceptable — especially when reliable internet is essential for our work.
Could someone from Sky please look into this urgently? If anyone else in the area is having the same problem, I’d appreciate hearing from you as well. If this can’t be resolved soon, I’d like to know what options are available regarding our contract.
Thanks in advance for any help or updates.

Sky won't look at this urgently or otherwise because this is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting here.
To call Sky dial 150 (free) from either your Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile. Alternatively use this link…
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a number starting 0333.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ to see a dedicated ROI number. (Customer Services in the ROI are not open at weekends).
The forum filters don’t allow the posting of full phone numbers on here.
As Sky broadband discussed here is a domestic service wfh doesn't bring any extra or quicker support.

Re: Repeated Internet Outages in BN1
@Danil03 Unless you report it to sky and have them test your line connection not much is going to be done that you have already tried yourself!
