Repeat issues
Having continuous connection issues either no connection to the Internet or no satellite signal reset router each time just done a reset on the Sky Q box disconnected all the cables from the router plugged back in connecting to Wi-Fi but then knocking back off again say no issues in the area and same equipment is fine but there's continuous dropouts even after being connected

No satellite signal has nothing to do with your broadband and is an issue (usually) with the dish or cabling. Try the first link and follow the advice there. The Q box works far better to my mind if connected via an ethernet cable directly to the router if possible.

Have a look at the following to check the broadband and wifi and see if they can resolve your problem easily. If not you may need to consider either the Sky WiFi Max add-on package or perhaps purchasing a 3rd party mesh system (which remains yours regardless of ISP used).
