Renew subscription

Hi,

we've renewed our subscription for a better deal with sky fibre 500 only to be told weeks later its not available until march next year am I entitled to some kind of compensation or at least my subscription extended the equal time I have to wait

@Chantelle5 you should not be being charged for the 500Mb/s service if it has not been activated. Check your bill to see exactlybwhat you are paying for. If its wrong tgen call Sky.

 

You will be due compensation if Sky gave you a date for the new service and thst has slipped see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
