Removing old BT external junction box.

How do l contact someone who can remove my old BT junction box?

Recently an Engineer called to fit the new Openreach fibre optic box but said he couldn't remove the old one. Can anyone put me in touch with someone who can help.

@JohnHCWinder  Openreach won't remove old external boxes as it's just not cost effective.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
