Remote Desktop disconnecting

My Remote Desktop keeps disconnecting from my laptop. We had fibre installed a few weeeks ago and I've had issues since. I'm using occasional packet drops, and the high ping drops are causing latency issue. The average mg is 122 and the highest 1160.

@AG49 are you using WiFi for the link to the laptop? WiFi is vulnerable to interference which can causexpacket loss which Will give the symptoms you describe. Improving the WiFi signal is a sensible first step. While the cause could be related to a network issue thecprobability iscthat it isn't until possible WiFi issues are excluded.
