Relocate master socket

I would like to relocate our master socket to somewhere more central (as wifi is very hit and miss in parts of the house, even with Sky extenders).

I don't have a landline and there is apparently no way to speak to anyone.  Past forums have mentioned a link through to 0333 number, but that seems to have been removed.  I appreciate the need to keep costs down, but Sky are really good at restricting how customers interact with them!

After looping round for a while, the virtual assistant can't help and there's no answer I can see on any of the Help sections.

Before I cancel my Sky package completely, is there any advice from the Community?

Thanks

@KeithC2 To start what sky hub do you have, also the number off extenders and the type that you are using! Link below for the types!

Re: Relocate master socket

Thanks for replying.

We have a standard 'ADSL' phone connection for our broadband (no fibre roll-out here) - equipment is a Sky Broadband Hub and Sky Broadband Booster (x2).

Re: Relocate master socket

@KeithC2 Remembered your posting from way back years ago, with the sky Broadband hub and two SE210 booster's you should have no issues what so ever getting those three to max out your UL/DL Adsl speeds in the slightest. Only issue you may have is establishing that your device is latched on to what specific,  ie the hub or the Wireless booster.

Would be worth posting up your stat's so they can be looked at, let the fields fill before you capture, link below explains and shows what is needed.
