Regular packet drops
I'm monitoring 1.1.1.1 from my firewall and also monitoring my firewall from think broadband.
Both are showing regular packet drops of up to 16%.
Is there someone I can troubleshoot this with?
The firewall is connected directly to the Sky ONT and is running opnsense. The Sky service is Sky Full Fibre Gigafast.

Re: Regular packet drops
Just to clarify, are you saying that you have an Opensense firewall connected directly to the ONT & you are not using a Sky hub anywhere in the setup?

Re: Regular packet drops
In that case, you'd need to temporarily reconnect the Sky hub to see if those drops still exist, if they do then Sky can troubleshoot the line. THey wont be able to do much without the Sky hub connected.
