Refund for switching broadband

I have recently moved from Bt to Sky for my broadband 

sky are to reinburse me for the charge for coming out of contract. Can anyone point me in the number I have to contact to get this money back? Thanks

@toon100 Information can be found here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/switching-credit-offer . Be aware though it's added to your Sky account as a credit and it cannot be withdrawn in to your bank account.

Note that the limit is £100 for broadband (with potentially a separate£100 for subscription television services in some cases), applied as a Sky account credit as indicated above.

One other thing to point out @toon100 is that you have to provide a copy of a bill from BT where their early termination charge is clearly shown and also a copy of a statement showing that you have paid that bill.
