Red pon light
Having plastering done where the fiber comes into the house & I think the very thin white cable where it staple to wall it might have a break inside , it looks fine but the light is staying red

@DaveB811 If it was broken then you would expect a RED LOS not the Pon, you may have disturbed the ONT so power off, leave five minutes and back on again..
