Slow Internet despite what Sky says Fast.com is reporting 23Mbps

Only been with Sky for a few days and the speed is shocking. Have already ran through all troubleshooting steps. Tried contacting Sky and just get given a link to the same thing.

Fed up to be honest.

@Annoyedwifi1  What device are you using to measure the speed via fast.com and how is it connected to the router?

Multiple devices - a laptop. an iphone and an adroid phone. Not seen anything higher than 50.

We have just joined this week with Full Fibre 500

@Annoyedwifi1 Have you done one single Ethernet connected direct on the hub which ever one you have speed test!
