Red los light

My internet is not working and there is a red light on the route box

I have rebooted the router but we still have no internet 

please advise urgently

@VJ1607 You will never get ANYTHING as long as you have the red LOS lit on the ONT. It is impossible to get Broadband Internet connection with that fault light!

I have done a reboot but still the same. 

reported to sky- any suggestion?

@VJ1607 If you have the same condition 8am tomorrow then yes report it, if an Engineer is working somewhere on the Fibre network and had to down the connection if that is the case it will start up again when they are finished all by itself. So best just leave it alone!
