Issue with router red light and all devices saying not trusted nerwork

@Mad11 a red light on a white Sky hub means tge hub has lost connection. At 3.30am it is most likely due to overnight maintenace work. If tgat is the cause your service should have returned in the morning.

Still no connection to anything I've done everything they say and apparently I have full connection but my speed is lower than they guarantee. I'm looking at a red dot on my hub and no tv as it's stream.
