- Red light on the LOS of the BT fibre box
- service checker can see the problem, but no way to fix it or book an engineer (just saying "oops, that didn't work")
kindly ask to escalate to Sky team, to get any support

I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
