Red light on sky max hub box

My broadband has been active for 5 days but I have not been able to use it once due to red light being on the box!

the sky name comes up on net work settings but doesn't work when connected

@Aaron121 as you need to report thecfault to Sky I havecescalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
