There’s no internet connection in the house

No internet

I have the same issue too. But there is no problem showing on the website when I check my connection. I have no light showing on the 'internet' light on my router.

@Chief+Mud+Butt & @Sabina123 if the full broadband connection test does not report a known fault on your lines after you click through then call Sky and report the problem.
