Red light on ont
I have a red alarm light on my ont (only installed in last few months) and have no internet access. Tried to reset both ont box and router with no success. Carried out service checker which states no issue.
any help much appreciated

@gazgr on older ONTs the alarm light can be ignored as it simply tells you the battery in the unit is dead. Given the battery is no longer used it is on no issue. A red PON light however is a problem as the tells you the unit has no optical signal.
