Hi there. Red light has appeared on our sky fibre box thingy in the wall and an orange light on the router too. we've had no internet all afternoon. Have defuzzed (!) it all, unplugged it but still nothing. Any suggestions please thank you

A red pon or los light are usually external faults that need to be reported to sky
