£5 deposit fee

I cancelled my broadband order 2 months ago and i was told they refund the £5 deposit fee back to my bank within 4 weeks but still havent received it yet. I tried calling but always in a queue and doesnt give me an option with live chat. Has anyone had issue with chasing a refund?
