Good morning , the red fault light is showing on the box by my door, as such I have no internet and no services on my sky are working and my internet connecting minimal at the address . The lights on my other sky box which has power - internet- wi fi- voice - are all green , however as said the red light in the box by my door - Fault- is red . Hopefully you can swiftly assist - thanks (Removed)

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
