Red PON light

Experiencing some bad weather down in the South West of England.

 

Never had any issues with my sky fibre after initial set up a few months ago.

 

Just come down this morning and noticed the Pon light on my ONT is Red.

 

Broadband/streaming services not working etc.

 

I've tried to use the vitrual assistant but just end up going around in circles doing tests etc.  

 

How can I notify sky that there is an issue?
