No Internet connection

The internet went off last night. There was an orange light for Internet on the box. All cables checked. Reset box. Turned off for 5 mins. Turned back on etc. Nothing worked. The tests on the app said Outage. This morning all lights are green. Rechecked all of above but still no connection. Tried multiple times. App tests say all seems to be working but it isn't. WiFi is available on multiple devices. Just won't connect to the Internet. Neighbours say their Internet seems to be working again. Can you help please?
