My open reach PON light is solid red and I have no WIFI at all. It says online I need to speak with sky to be directed for help as I have a sky box.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@maceymoomoo it is posible Openreach were mainraining the exchange unit thst provides your conection if that is the cause the connection will be back in the morning.
Sky's lines will be open around 8am if the light is still red then givecthem a call.

So far I'm still without any WiFi but hoping somehow it miraculously starts working. Is there any number to contact sky on or do they respond on here? Thanks for your help!
