My internet has gone down and I have a red PON Light on in my full fibre box.
Past posts on this indicate that I need to contact Sky to get an Openreach engineer but I have been sent here rather than provided with a number.

@Eblack Being sent here is not going to do anything either, Red pon light Fibre issue. Same number using the link below, Very bottom No, i still need help, check the box and call us, then you will see the number to call!
